We provide everything you could possibly need when it comes to equipment hire for conferences at hotels or meeting venues. We have everything you need under one roof and our team are ready to deliver and install on location
Booking Information
• Minimum booking value: £199
Bookings below this value will be adjusted to meet the minimum spend requirement
• Delivery & collection:
Delivery is charged based on booking type and distance
– Small item / drop-off hires: typically £49–£99
– Full service setups & larger bookings: priced based on scope, access and logistics
Additional mileage may apply where applicable
Final delivery pricing is confirmed at quotation stage based on full booking details.
• What’s included:
All hires include delivery, setup (where required) and collection as standard.
We operate a fully delivered service and do not offer customer collection
• Sound engineer (optional):
A professional sound engineer can be provided to operate equipment throughout your event for an additional fee
• Hire duration:
All prices are based on a 24-hour (day rate) hire unless stated otherwise
Multi-day hire is charged at full price for Day 1, with subsequent days at 33% of the Day 1 rate
• Terms & conditions:
All hires between the customer (hirer) and Berkshire Sound Hire are subject to our terms and conditions
